80s Lightning Bolt Midi Dress Black and White Vintage by The Shirt Dress.

Made in USA. 100% polyester. Lightweight poly knit. Black with white lightning bolt pattern and white peter pan collar. Red scarf (feels like silk but I'm not 100%). Puff sleeves with decorative buttons. Buttons from collar to waist. Elastic at waist. Pockets at hips. Midi length dress. Late 70s, early 80s. Excellent condition except for a bit of yellowing from age (even throughout - just gives the white more of an off white look).
