1980's vintage cotton lounge dress by Go Softly. Fuchsia and cobalt blue cotton with tropical bird appliqué across the upper bodice. The large parrot appliqué has articulated tail feathers. Relaxed fit throughout. Pulls over the head, no closures. Pockets at the hips.
