Incredible 1980s beaded cocktail dress from Bill Blass is a classic shift style that is completely covered in brightly colored glass beads. It has padded shoulders, a simple crew neck and short sleeves. The beads are attached to a black silk matrix that looks like organza, and the black lining is rayon.
