Vintage 1980s Laird-Portch of Scotland Blackwatch Tartan Plaid Wool Skirt. Made in Scotland of 100% Pure New Wool. Classic wrap kilt style; the front is flat, while the back and sides are pleated. Fringe on the front wrap section. Two buckle closures at the waist and one on the top hip. Midi length. In excellent vintage condition; the only thing to note is some wear on the closures (photos 6-9) and what looks like a pulled thread on the back of the skirt (last photo). Marked size 16; the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that this would best fit a Large: Waist: 15.5” - 16” (depending on how you cinch the buckles) Hips: 20.5” Length: 26”
