So Pretty! This classic blouson top, pleated skirt flowy polyester dress in small check red and white gingham with Irish linen collar. Upper body is lined, skirt is not. Elastic waist, has thread belt loops but no belt is included. Would look great with a wide white or red belt, but looks fine without and belt loops could easily be removed. No zippers, it pulls on over head.
