Classic vintage shift dress in gray wool from Luisa Spagnoli features cute white cotton collar and cuffs. The dress has a deep charcoal gray button placket and matching neck bow that contrast with the lighter gray fabric and white collar. I believe this dress probably had shoulder pads at one time, but if so, they have been removed. Probably dates from the 1980s. Labeled Italian size 44, which usually corresponds to a US size 8, sometimes 10. Please refer to the measurements for additional guidance regarding size.
