She's a late-80s/early-90s sweater by Needles and Yarn, with cute flower and pearl bead detail and shoulder pads for shape. She'd look super cute with leggings. Knit is rather loose and see-thru, so she should be worn over a tee or undershirt.

In good used condition, with some minor wear throughout.
