BELLS YES, WHISTLES NO
This was obviously not meant to be a Christmas skirt but it surely fits the bill. It is green and it is red and it has lots of gold and it has bells (that unfortunately don't ring). This women's colorful vintage festival skirt is Banjara clothing. A costume piece with bells and mirrors. Only closure is at waist with a safety pin so you can adjust it to be smaller if needed. Midi length, sewn in mirrors, sewn on bells. Lots of metallic gold rick rack and braid on different fabrics. Lots of everything! It is FESTIVE! Fabric mix of polished cotton and regular cotton.
