80s Red Puff Sleeve Belted Shirt Dress

- High neck, when fully buttoned
- Pleated ribbed front - (note, there is some wear in a couple of places, *see photos)
- Elastic wrists at sleeves and waist - (elastic waist might be missing some stretch)
- Small hole just above waist line at the front
- A couple places of discoloration on the front of skirt
- One missing button
