You won't be able to resist dancing and twirling around in this totally rad 80's chic ruffle circle skirt. The waistband has elastic so it's very comfortable to wear. The fabrication is lightweight black cotton with gathered ruffles that the bottom right below the fun color-blocked squares in metallic shades of copper, silver, and gold. It's original label inside reads, "Carousel Original, Made in U.S.A." Depending on your height it will probably hit just below your knees in length. We had a 5'9" model try it on and that is where it fell on her, an inch below her knees.

Condition: Great pre-loved vintage condition with no rips or stains.
