80's blue- purple mock-neck sweater dress. Amazing puff shoulder and balloon sleeves! Rouching at the shoulder and mock-neck collar. Power dressing meets sexy! Bold saturated color! This is coming across more cobalt-blue on my screen but I would say the color is slightly more blue-purple than this.

This dress is so flattering on! I think this would look really cool with some chunky black Doc Martens or a colored boot with a block heel. Instantly look put together, with a pair of cool statement earrings. The sleeves are EVERYTHING! This one has shoulder pads, now there are times where that works, and times where is does not, in this case it WORKS!
