Really fun 1980s fringe skirt sits at the hip and has a side button closure. No size or brand tags are in the garment. Measured laying flat, the waist is 16" from side to side and hips are 19" from side to side. The skirt is 20" from waist to hem, and then the fringe hangs down a little beyond the bottom hem. Made of acetate, rayon and polyester, the fringe is sewn in 6 bands, one over the other, for maximum fringe effect. It's in very good condition. A few of the fringe tassels are slightly frayed but it is not noticeable when worn.
