Lovely accordion-pleated midi skirt made by the ILGWU (International Ladies Garment Workers Union) in the 1970s. Tartan plaid print in burgundy, green, rust red, and blue. A-line silhouette, slightly asymmetric hem. In very good vintage condition; the waistband is elastic and has stretched a bit, but the skirt could be belted or the waistband rolled over. Otherwise, there are no issues except some tiny thread nubs here and there (last photo). No fabric tag, but my best guess is that this is polyester. Listed as vintage size 8; based on the below approximate flat lay measurements, I feel this would best fit a size Small, but please compare the measurements to your own to ensure proper fit.
Waist: 14.25”
