Sheer / see through fabric is light and airy with the prettiest rose print. Blouson bodice buttons down the front with two front patch pockets.

Floppy sheer collar.

Long sheer sleeves end in a bell, or use the button and strap to make them elbow length.

Skirt is a full circle skirt with uneven hem.

Belt loops and matching tie belt.

Completely unlined and totally sheer. May have had a liner at one time but not anymore.
