This sexy halter dress is from the 70's. Made of black and printed floral velvet. The top is a halter style with sexy straps in the back. Decorated with a gorgeous large rhinestone pink at the center of the bust. A-line skirt with a beautiful red and gold floral pattern.There is a little creasing of the velvet at the armpit but this should straighten out with a little steaming. Excellent condition. Best fit would be a Large, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
