This is one of the cheeriest versions of Alice in Wonderland I've ever seen! Very bright colors and smiling characters liven up ivory-colored cotton canvas, which the selvedge promises is a fully washable screen print.
It is a rare print from the 1970s, and it is in terrific condition. I believe it is known as The Mad Tea Party.
Some photos make the background look yellowish on my monitor. It is more of a bone or ivory color, not yellow. I have photographed it against a white background for comparison. The closeups are the most reliable for comparison.
The measurements are 49 inches selvedge to selvedge, 30 inches long. I am measuring from the shortest spot only; you'll notice there's an uneven cut at the bottom. It wavers out a few more inches as the piece stretches out, but I'm calling this just 30.
From a nonsmoking, pet-loving home.
Thank you for looking!
