70’s Bias Cut Polka Dot Jewel Tone Rainbow Panel Maxi Skirt

Super fun paneled maxi skirt with each panel cut on the bias to fall nicely along the body and spins nicely. So flowy! Scalloped hem for extra flair, each panel is a different jewel tone polka dot polyester fabric.
