This is one cute set! There are no tags. It is really well made so I do not know if it is handmade or not. It fits my size 6 mannequin pretty well. The material looks from the 70s. It is some polyester blend that does stretch. There is a fine silver thread throughout that really makes this set sparkle in the light. It is in very nice condition. The top button is missing 4 tiny rhinestones. Measurements while garments laying flat -Across chest even though this is open on the sides so can fit many sizings 14" -Across shoulders seam to seam 14" -Length of top 21" -Skirt across elastic waist unstretched 13.5" stretches to ~16" -Skirt hips unstretched 20" -Skirt length 39"
