Gorgeous handmade turquoise peacock blue pleated skirt with functional pockets vintage 1970s. Made a really thick denim like material. Good condition with one small stain on side as shown in pictures.

Waist measured laying flat 12.5 inches, hips 32 inches, length 32 inches. Modern size XS.
