1970s Orange Cream and White Seersucker House Shift/Sack Dress

Vertical seersucker stripes in an orange cream and white stripes dress with short sleeves, 2 large patch pockets on the front of each hip and a matching belt. Buttons are a in matching orange with circles on them that only go down to the waist.
