Vintage 1970s orange floral shirt dress. Short puffy sleeves with elastic ruffled cuffs. Ruffled details around the collar and down the button front. Matching solid orange tie belt. Has one hip pocket. Love the vibrant hand printed flowers in various pastel shades of orange and yellow. No material tag but feels like a cotton poly blend with a little stretch to it.
