1960's/1970's Neon Floral Shift Dress by

Bright neon pink, purple, pale green yellow and orange floral print shift dress with a front zipper and a tie neck bow. The pale green is so light that it can look like staining.

Pleated near the hips give it almost a drop waist look when worn.
