1970's vintage belted shirtwaist dress by Avalon Classics. The most incredible neon watercolor floral print in shades of hot pink, fuchsia, magenta, orange and white. Exaggerated dagger collar that spans the entire chest. Sheer balloon sleeves with button cuffs. Nipped waist with original matching belt. Button and snap closures down the front. A-line skirt. Bodice and skirt are both lined in acetate. Pulls over the head and closes at the chest.
