This early 1970s vintage dress is the height of Mod, so striking, and perfect with tall black boots like my spokesmodel is wearing! The long sleeved bodice is gently fitted with princess seaming, a standup collar and a dropped waist. The A-line skirt uses color blocking to eye popping effect.
