I believe this tie is silk. It is a rather unremarkable shade of brown, but it is a brown that does go with pretty much everything. It has an embroidered YSL at the bottom of the tie. It is lined with Yves Saint Laurent Paris lining, and the inner tag says Saks Fifth Avenue by Yves Saint Laurent.
