This dream of a dress is from the 70's by Rona for Saks Fifth Avenue! Perfect condition! Made of a soft polyester chiffon. Beautiful soft animal print. Blouson top with faux wrap top. Billowy full sleeves with elastic cuffs. Full floaty skirt. Wide long sash tie. The under skirt is also semi sheer so you will probably need a slip underneath. The waist is elastic. Best fit would be a Medium, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
