This fun ultra 70's retro bedding set was handmade by a local Californian in the MCM era. The matching set includes a large blanket and two pillow cases. The blanket it a hand crocheted traditional square motif afghan / blanket / throw has a unique twist....the floral motifs are extremely 3D and puff outwards. It makes an already fun design even more fun! The body of the blanket is a clean white with diamond patterns and is accented with evenly spaced floral motifs which consist of dark green square backgrounds with light yellow 3D floral puff centers. There is one clean finished edge (the edge intended to go at the top portion of your bed by the pillows) and the rest of the edges have fringe finishing and are rounded instead of squared off - beautifully made and executed! The overall feel of the blanket is lightweight and soft. The two pillow cases have yellow backings with white crochet fronts that match the blanket, including the green and yellow puff floral motifs!

Condition: The skilled woman who hand made this labor intensive piece kept it hung and covered in plastic in a closet...so it is in excellent unused condition with no structural issues, rips, or tears. Comes from a smoke free home.
