This gorgeous patchwork skirt is from the 70's. The patchwork is made up of velvet, cotton and lace.. This has subtantial weight and very high quality. The skirt waistband has long ties you can wrap around the waist or have a long sash. closes with a hook and eye. I found one tiny spot that will clean out. Excellent condition. Fully lined in cotton. Best fit would be a Medium, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
