Adorable circa 1970s skort. This one is handmade but don’t let that fool you into thinking it’s not made well. A lot of people were incredibly seamstresses back then. I love the yellow and tan together and the flower pattern with the birds - it’s just adorable. This is made of a medium weight cotton. It’s NOT stretchy. Shorts underneath are roomy, like a good skort.
Waist measures 26 inches
Hips 19 inches
inseam on shorts 7 inches
Rise on the shorts 15 inches.
It’s in very good vintage condition but not perfect. Looks like there was a repair made above the button. Does not detract. And not a big deal. Also if you look very carefully you may see a couple of little tan stains near the belt, very hard to find because they get lost in the pattern but I mention them because they are there. See close-ups. No tears or odors. It’s clean and ready to wear. Also has a metal zipper.
