Fun vintage 70s floral skirt with shorts. White with yellow, orange, and green ribbed cotton. Elastic waist that stretches. One small pocket on the right side. Nylon shorts underneath with matching floral trim. Two small slits on each side of the hem.

Please note: There is a small frayed hole on the top layer on the left side of the hem. Please see the last photo for these flaws. Price reflects this issue.
