Absolutely breathtaking handmade maxi skirt with ruffled hem. I acquired this from a home sewer, who I believe made this around the 1970s. Beautifully made and fully lined with a zipper and hook and eye closures on the side.

Flaws: no major flaws, expect normal secondhand wear.

Size & Fit: best for appx 5’7 or taller. Check measurements, especially the total length. If hemmed, you’d lose some of the ruffle. For reference, mannequin is 5’8. Waist is equivalent to about a medium, but again, check measurements for your desired fit. It can be worn higher up on your waist or slung lower.
