1970's vintage midnight blue layered chiffon maxi dress and capelet by Bernie Bee. NEW WITH TAGS ATTACHED. Darkly romantic with layers of ethereal midnight navy chiffon trimmed in burgundy satin ribbon. This is a 2 piece set that includes a sheer chiffon capelet that is separate from the gown and hooks at the back of the neck with a metal hook and eye. Lined in deep blue acetate. Nylon zipper at the back.
