Vintage 1970s dress. Black with off white floral tulip print. The background almost looks like polka dots from far away but close up they look like little hearts. Bodice has a v-neckline, short split sleeves that tie, functional fabric covered button front (they do have gaps between each button). A-line silhouette for the skirt. Back zipper closure. 100% shiny lightweight arnel triacetate (nylon) material.
