THE COUSIN EDDIE is a fine example of the original leisure suit--to be more accurate, this is a "Lee-sure Suit," the first trademarked example of this iconic style. It's by Lee Jeans and comes in a chambray-like dusty blue. Features a shirt-jacket and bellbottoms in a practically indestructible poly that feels like it also could have been used to upholster the bench seating in grandpa's houseboat--but is pretty comfortable, overall. It has your classic big chest pockets and topstitching, plus cool paneling on the back.
Purists will insist the Lee-sure suit must only be worn with a polyester disco shirt, the collar unbuttoned to reveal a thatch of chest hair. But I actually think this thing is bangin' with a vintage tee or band tee. Plus, it's a ladies' M so chest hair is optional. However, if you do want a disco shirt we've got plenty right here in the shop.
--please note that the button and tee shirt are for display purposes only and are not included in this sale--
