I am not sure because this brand is new to me, but may be authentic 70s, 90s at the very latest.

Beautiful paisley print.
Size tag has been removed, will best fit a large. Shown here on a small and cinched in at the waist.
Does have ties at the waist that have little bells on them, so be aware that this Skirt does jingle.

Waist laid flat is 17 inches (elastic is not very functional but ties cinch it nicely and do the job.
