1970's vintage blue and yellow floral maxi dress. This dress is CRISP- I seriously doubt it has ever been worn. Rich cobalt blue cotton calico with a yellow floral print. Shirred bust trimmed in white lace. Empire waist with long ties to cinch the waist as you'd like. Handkerchief style fluttery sleeves trimmed in white lace. A-line silhouette with a floor length skirt. Pulls over the head and ties at the back waist. No closures. No lining is needed as the dress is opaque.
