Vintage late 1970's-early 1980's handmade prairie dress. Half puff sleeves that have an elastic cuff. Victorian-style collar. Lace, ribbon and pleat details. Back zipper and attached sash belt. Not lined.

-Condition-
Good vintage condition. In the front on the skirt, there are faint faded splatter spots and a faint spot I can't remove.
