Here's a gorgeous pieced and handmade quilt that will work for a small baby doll or a Barbie setting. It is exquisitely made, just like a big quilt ... It is a bit thick for Barbie; it will definitely keep her cozy on winter nights.

Condition is vintage excellent. This is from my mother's textile collection.

NOTE: The COLORS are photographing a bit darker and richer than they are in real life. The blue is a light blue, but it keeps photographing as more medium than it really is.
