DESCRIPTION

70s Malcolm Starr for Rizkallah red maxi sweater dress with paillettes and pronged rhinestones. This was sold in the Bramson department store in Chicago, they briefly had a store in Palm Beach as well.

In a flatback rib, this has a slight aline to the skirt that is not apparent in the pics. The fabric is acrylic with a wool look, a great alternative to those that cannot tolerate any itchiness. This has been handwashed with a final hair conditioner rinse - a great trick for wools and acrylics to make them super soft.

Approx current size ~ S/M, due to the ability of the knit to stretch, this can accomodate a few sizes, however keep in mind that the sleeve is slim. The lining does limit it to a medium, see measurements for both lining and outside below. There are generous seam allowances on the shell in the body and sleeve if any alteration is desired.

CONDITION

Excellent ~ some light scratches on some paillettes that do not detract. Two rips of about 2" have been repaired on the lining and there is some discoloration.

All items are clean and repaired if needed. They will arrive ready to wear except for a press if necessary.
