70’s Does Victorian Handmade Light Blue Mutton Sleeve Maxi Dress

Sold as is, this is a handmade piece that was my grandmother’s, some coming away of the fabric at the zipper, zipper does fall down a bit at the top and hem is not perfect, tiny staining, reflected in the price. Needs a loving home! It’s a very fun pastel blue color with green ruffle accents, mutton sleeve and high neck to mimic the Victorian style
