This solid black pleated midi skirt is the perfect wardrobe basic. Nice movement, with a swishy a-line style and elastic waistband. Belt is not original, but comes with the skirt. Unlined, no pockets. Brand is Vicki Wayne, marked size 16.

Waistband measures 35-40", length 29". I believe that the previous owner had pets. I have done my best to get all the hair from this piece, with washing and lint rolling, but if you have pet allergies I would recommend passing on this piece just to be safe.
