Brighten up any day, with this sunshine-y yellow dress with whimsical embroideries...

This early 1960's dress comes from a Mexican maker and label. It is made of a medium to heavy weight cotton weave fabric in sunshine yellow color. The silhouette is classic shift dress, with a semi-fitted upper area and wider cut at waist and below. This is a magical dress because it has the ability to put smiles on people's faces! Just look at the whimsical embroidery design of colorful little birds and flowers, separated by sky blue horizontal bands. Dress is unlined, without pockets, and has a metal zipper center back closure. Overall condition is good, with some missing beads, some obvious wear to underarm areas, including a slight lightening of color, as well as a few repairs to right underarm area -please see photographs for full details. Only label reads 'El Púlpito, handmade, 100% cotton, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco'.
