A true work of art! Made of linen and featuring a hand-painted seahorse with an array of hand-painted marine life, some edged in tiny beads. These aren't appliques as you see in many other such prints. There are also small bead "bubbles" near the seahorse and three decorative buttons with loops at the left shoulder. Dress has nipped-in waist, bust darts, and a metal zipper with hook and eye.

Appears to have been made by a professional dressmaker or a very talented home seamstress; there are no tags or labels.
