Item description: 1960s black velvet and satin maxi dress. Black velvet button up bodice that hits the high hip and turns into a long taffeta skirt. Bodice is sleeveless with a high neck that has a satin white bow with black polkadots attached. Skirt has two large side slits. Hidden side metal zipper. Dress is in excellent vintage condition.
