It's blackish-red or reddish-black (burgundy?) because it's mostly black with faint red threads running through it (shown) and that would be sharkskin to you! Fun retro red abstract shows in front with very little repeat. Decorative tipping. Made by Leonardo in the early 60s. No flaws. 54" long, A bit over 2" wide which in this shop is more narrow than skinny (which would be only 2" wide). It has been soaked. The decorative (silk) tipping is shattering, but that's on the inside.
Ships in a unique manner. No creases!
Last photo shows some other ties in shop, if still available, and then there is The Rat Pack who wore ties like this in the early 60s, because they were just so cool...
