Love everything about this skirt. The print, the lace trimmed ruffles, the length.

It comes from the estate of a woman who did competitive swing dancing with her husband.

She had it custom made, it isn't manufactured. The fabric is a cotton/poly blend and the skirt is in excellent condition with no flaws found.
