60s 70s party dress made of excellent quality soft & flowy sheer chiffon in light sky blue or powder blue. Fitted bodice, V-neck, high/empire waist embellished with beads, stones, & sequins, fantastic sheer puffed bishop sleeves with embellished cuffs, Sweeping A-line skirt, silky lavender lining, and rear zipper closure.
