1960s 1970s black maxi skirt in a quilted polka dot pattern. Great bohemian maxi A line maxi skirt. Black with polka dots of green, gold, orange, white and purple. Fun for Mardi Gras or Halloween or just for a fun retro look. Talon back zip with row of three hook and eyes (one hook on one end needs to be stacked.)

The waistband is most likely a cardboard insert or something of that sort as it is slightly rigid and misshaped (may not matter on.)
