Adorable 1960’s dress by Neusteters. Made from an acetate fabric in a colorful psychedelic print. Sleeveless with wide straps and a scoop neckline. This has a classic shift shape with a large ruffled hemline. Wide matching fabric tie waist belt, with loops at each side to hold it in place. Looks great tied around the neck as well. Hits right above the knee and has a back zipper closure. Great condition. Marked a size 12.
