Condition: very good - has one small stain on the inside lining I forgot to treat during cleaning, a few minor pulls (one pointed to in image, has been re-hemmed. After this was cleaned, the outer fabric stretched some compared to the lining so fabric pulls around vertical seams (see image of hem and side images). Presents great in person. Clean, ready to wear
